Amulet of Darkness (Takhisis)

This amulet bears the symbol of Takhisis. While you wear the holy symbol, you gain +3 to saving throw DCs and you gain the ability Dragon Queen’s Favor which you can use 5 times per day. You or one creature you can see within 60 feet of yourself magically regains 17 (2d12+4) hit points.

While you wear this amulet, you can talk to the Dark Queen. Once this property is used, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.

The Amulet can also be used to cast True Polymorph on one target once per day. This spell lasts until midnight of the day cast.
