The professor orb owned by A'din Sa Haser calls itself Assistant Professor Amos, although its official designation is the Artificial Incantation Modification Servant (AIMS). It is neutral, and it has a Wisdom of 9 and a Charisma of 15. It speaks and reads Common, Draconic, Giant, and Untheric (one of the languages found in Estagund and the Old Empires). Assistant Professor Amos is normally pretty morose, and assumes the worst is about to happen. When elaborating on its areas of expertise, it adopts an unusually excited tone. It has the following four areas of expertise:
- Modern incantation theory and its history
- The finer points of the creation of contracts both magical and benign
- The different uses of the Quince fruit
- The runic colossus
In addition to the knowledge it possesses, Assistant Professor Amos can cast the mage hand cantrip at will. It uses the spell only to transport itself, or to sign a contract as a notary public. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence.
Notes: Utility, Sentient
