Weapon (longbow), very rare (requires attunement)

This elegant longbow is made from a mysterious ashen wood that hums with electrical energy. When you hold it, you can feel a gentle breeze that seems to guide your aim.

**Attack Bonus:** +1 to attack and damage rolls

**Lightning Arrow:** Once per turn, when you hit a creature with an arrow from this bow, you can command it to unleash a bolt of lightning. The target takes an extra 1d8 lightning damage. Before rolling damage, as a bonus action, you may trigger the arrow to discharge to up to two adjacent creatures dealing the bonus lightning damage to each creature hit.

**Thunderous Arc:** Once per long rest, you can activate the bow's line attack ability as a bonus action. When you do so, your next arrow creates a line of lightning 5 feet wide that extends out from you to a target within 100 feet. Each creature in the line, excluding you and the target, must make a dc 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d8 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

**Storm's Eye:** While outdoors, you have advantage on Perception checks that rely on sight during stormy conditions.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
