Weapon (warhammer), artifact (requires attunement by a good aligned creature via a bonding ritual)

Vindicta, once a graduation gift to a young aasimar Isaac from the prestigious academy in Allmast, has transcended its origins to become a celestial artifact. Elevated by the direct intervention of his goddess Justice, this warhammer is the first new Celestial Vestige in millennia. Crafted from an alloy of electrum and with golden linings to show it's celestial origins, the hammer possesses a weight that feels reassuring in the hands of its wielder dissonant from it's size.

Vestige. All attacks made with Vindicta gain +2 to hit and damage.

Divine Justice. Successful attacks deal an additional 1d4 radiant damage.

Turn. Vindicta deals another extra 1d4 radiant damage to undead creatures.

Consecration. Vindicta now contains 5 changes, which you roll 1d4+1 charges for daily that you can choose to expend on an attack roll before you strike. Expending a charge surges a 15ft cone of radiant energy from the hit, forcing all creatures in the 15ft cone to make a CON save against your spell save DC. On a failure the creatures take 3d6 radiant damage and half as much on a success. If you miss the attack there is no conal effect, however the damage is doubled for all creatures in the cone on a critical strike.
