When this item is worn the all the users inner thoughts and telekinetic abilities are amplified and are now said out loud through the ring.
All thoughts that come out of the ring are Loud and come out as the native language to the race.
If the user tries to take the ring off they take 1d6 psychic damage.
If the user attunes to the ring they can alter the language if they succeed on a dc15 Charisma save. if they fail they take 3d6 psychic damage and a loud screech is emitted from the ring. anyone within 60ft of the ring is now defend for 1 minute.
