The Amulet of Timeless Fate holds a fragment of the essence of the planes, granting its wearer glimpses into the threads of fate. To attune to this amulet, you must have the ability to cast at least one spell. While attuned to the Amulet of Timeless Fate, you gain the following benefits:
Fate's Insight: Once per long rest, as an action, you can activate the amulet to gain visions of the immediate future. Roll a d20 and record the result. At any point in the next 24 hours, you can replace any d20 roll you make with the recorded result. You can choose to use this feature after seeing the initial roll but before any effects of the roll occur.
Temporal Surge: Whenever you cast a spell of 1st level or higher, you have a chance to temporarily bend time in your favor. After casting a spell, roll a d20. On a roll of 19 or 20, you regain one expended spell slot of the spell's level or lower. This feature only applies once per spell casting.
Arcane Resilience: You have advantage on saving throws against spells and magical effects. The Amulet of Timeless Fate has a mysterious connection to the planes and their fickle nature. It does not require charges and its powers are constant as long as you are attuned to it.
