Ring, rare
A ring forged to give a simple skeleton or ghoul the intelligence to talk and think again. The creature must have been a humanoid race or once capable of individual thought. Habits from their living life are formed into an approximate personality. It has no effect on the living or an inanimate object.
Gives +4 intelligence to the creature able to use the ring. Their INT stat can not go above 10. Also the ring gives the skeleton the ability to speak in a groaned tone. Speech maybe slowed as well.
It is worth noting the ring will not change or alter the personality of the wearer if removed and equipped again.
