If this arrow is not within 3 ft. of the creature it's attuned to, it flies back to the creature. When fired as an attack, it only hits the creature's target on a natural 1. If the creature's roll to hit is higher than their armor class, they get hit by the arrow and take 1d4+1 piercing damage.
This item is cursed, and the only way to remove its attunement is to succeed on a DC17 Strength check to break it.
