Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a fey ancestry)
When traversing the feywilds, a coin may appear in the pocket of the inhabitants. Unfortunately, the currency isn't a thing in the feywilds. Instead, these coins are used as good luck charms. On a roll you would normally use a d20, flip a coin instead. Heads is a critical success (Natural 20), tails is a critical fail (Natural 1). Can be used once per short rest.
