Wondrous Item, rare
This artificial tooth replaces one of your regular teeth with a legendary gnomish invention. If your health drops to 0, the tooth instantly activates and disintegrates inside your mouth, pouring a common healing potion into you (you regain 2d4+2 health points). To restore your artificial tooth, you must use a special gnomish device during a long rest to turn a simple healing potion into a new artificial tooth and reinsert it into your mouth.
Notes: Set: Constitution Score, Buff, Jewelry
