• Grants resistance to lightning damage.

Thunderous Roar

•  Once per day, the wearer can cast "Thunderwave" as a 3rd-level spell without expending a spell slot. The spell affects creatures within a 15-foot cube originating from the wearer.

Storm Sovereign

• Allows the wearer to cast "Call Lightning" as a 6th-level spell once per long rest. The wearer can conjure bolts of lightning to strike targets within range over the duration of the spell.
• Grants advantage on Charisma (Intimidation) checks against creatures, while you have disadvantage on Wisdom (Insight) Checks.
• Gain Immunity to lighting damage.
