Weapon (dagger), varies (requires attunement by a Must know the blood of the owner, and therefore the owner must cut themselves on the blade as they come to learn about it.)

As a bonus action on your turn, you can cut your hand open and take 1d4+2, 1d6+2 or 1d8+2 piercing damage (cannot be reduced in any way and the damage pierces temporary hit points).

Then with a flourish of your hand you point at an enemy.

That enemy must make a constitution saving throw against your spell save dc or take 1d(dice you selected)+ your proficiency modifier necrotic damage and if they do you heal for an amount = to the damage they took (overhealing is converted into temporary hit points) and for your next 3 turns you may use your bonus action to force them to make another constitution saving throw, if you used this effect on your previous turn they have disdvantage on the save but only suffer from this disadvantage once per effect (a natural 20 ends the effect immediately).

You may use this effect once per short rest up to a maximum of twice per day.

This item requires attunement.

Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.

Notes: Must know the blood of the owner, and therefore the owner must cut themselves on the blade as they come to learn about it., Finesse, Light, Thrown, Nick
