Archimedes' Enchanted Grappling Hook

A finely crafted bracer with an enchanted grapple and magic rope. These bracer offers no additional armor but is attached to any glove or gauntlet. It does not operate like a normal grappling hook in sense that it doesn't needs some sort of nook, crack, or lip to secure onto. 

Can be used as an attack or as an action,

you may target a surface, object or creature within 20 feet. If the target is Small or Smaller, you can make a Strength (Athletics) grappling check to pull it to you and grapple it. Alternatively, if the target is Medium or larger, you can make a Strength (Athletics) check and you can choose to be pulled to it, however, this does not grapple it. when pulling yourself to a Large or larger creature, object or surface, you can make a Dexterity (Athletics) check. if it succeeds you can pull yourself and can drag one medium or smaller willing creature or object within 5 feet of you with you. Hook deals 1d4 piercing damage to any creature targeted.
