Legends say that only those of true royal blood can bring out the full power of the crown, but when worn by an average citizen it only grants them a small enchantment.

When the True Kings Crown is Worn by an average citizen it only grants a +5 to your intelligence and your number of attunement slots becomes 5.

When the True Kings Crown is worn by someone of true royal blood they gain 60ft of true sight, and the alert feat. In addition their intelligence score becomes 20 and the number of attunement slots becomes 10.
