Wondrous Item, rare
This pendent was forged by a druid long forgotten, all known about them is that they were a construct. A machine that was capable of emotion. The pendent depicts the face of an owl held between chains, durable and seemingly free of rust even though it is made entirely of copper.
While wearing this amulet:
You can cast spike growth (2nd level) Once per Short rest.
You can also cast Plant growth (3rd level) Once Per Long Rest
Lastly you can transform into a (CR 3) Owlbear as an action. This transformation is treated as a druids Wildshape, and you retain any racial benefits in this form except for movement speeds. You cannot cast spells while in this form and take on the physical attributes of the creature.
