EX Psyphonic Seal: When you strike a creature with the Ankh of Aquilum you may expend one charge to force your target to make a Wisdom saving throw DC 13, on a failed save the target creature be unable to cast spells until the start of your next turn.
Crafted from a rare and iridescent aqua-hued metal, the Ankh of Aquilum exudes an ethereal glow, reminiscent of moonlit waters. The crossbar, shaped like gently undulating waves, cradles a teardrop-shaped aquamarine gem at its center. The vertical shaft extends into a serpentine pattern, reminiscent of flowing streams. The Ankh is always slightly damp to the touch
