Runebound Cuffs

The Runebound Cuffs are a pair of finely crafted bracelets adorned with arcane sigils that shimmer with faint magical energy. When attuned to a spellcaster, they resonate with the caster's chosen weapon.

Once per day, as a ritual, a spellcaster can bind a single weapon to the Runebound Cuffs. For the next 24 hours, the spellcaster can use their spellcasting ability modifier (Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma, depending on their class) instead of their Strength or Dexterity modifier for attack and damage rolls made with the bound weapon.
