This gem gives off a passive effect on anyone in a 35ft radius causing creatures to become relaxed by the words of the user. Giving the user advantage on persuasion and performance checks.
Alternatively at night the Armor effects creatures differently giving a +3 bonus to intimidation checks, this will only effect the creatures you want it to. This effect can only happen under the night sky. Meaning you can't be indoors.
Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.
