Asmodeus's Third Eye

This is a small, brilliantly cut ruby gem that painlessly implants itself on your forehead as if it were a third eye. Will drain your intelligence to 4 and turn you into a mindless slave and vessel for Asmodeus to see through for all eternity if worn in the presence of a “great evil”. Effect cannot be reversed and the gem cannot be destroyed unless by a wish spell or diefic divine intervention.
