Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement by a Requires attunement)
The Amulet of Mental Acuity was created by the wizard Zenopus when he started to turn senile. When attuned this silver amulet with a large Z on the front of it will prevent metal diseases and also provide the benefit equivalent to the Feat Observant. The Amulet does have the side of effect of making the wearing attracted to something unusual that is left to the DM. In the case of Zenopus it was swamps.
