While a creature is wearing this amulet if that creature dies,  the creature's chest if willing the Reincarnate spell is cast on the remains. and the creature is brought back to life as a new race. Roll a [roll]1d100[/roll] dice for the new race. once used the amulet needs 72 years to recharge.

 the amulet has nature and the four seasons engraved on it when ready to use the engraving will be colored, when depleted the engravings will lose their colors
