An ordinary D&D character sheet

A D&D character sheet, nothing special about this thing. (Hold on is that my name?)

A creature can use an action to show the ordinary D&D character sheet to another creature, that creature must succeed on a DC 18 wisdom saving throw or take 2d6 psychic damage and be knocked prone. The character sheet is consumed on use.

Notes: Damage: Psychic, Prone, Consumable
