Wondrous Item, very rare
This is a cloak made from shadowy threads from the Plane of Shadows. This dark cloak grants the wearer the ability to meld into shadows, gaining advantage on Stealth checks and providing resistance to necrotic (undead) damage. The cloak also grants proficiency with Dexterity saving throws.
A peculiar property is that the cloak is unable to be targeted and cannot be grabbed or caught in restraint. For example, were the user to pass through a doorway and the cloak sweep behind, any portion caught in the closure of the door would simply dissipate and rejoin its collar immediately. It can only be willingly removed by the user while they live or from them if they are killed outright.
