These goggles are crafted from the eyes and hide of an Abominable Yeti and grant the wearer one charge per day of a limited form of the creature's Chilling Gaze.

Freezing Gaze. The wearer targets one creature it can see within 30 feet of it. If the target can see the wearer, the target must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw against this magic or become paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If the target’s saving throw is successful, or if the effect ends on it, the target is immune to the goggle's gaze for 1 hour.

Once the charge is used, the goggles are ineffective until the next dawn.
