Worn by Executioner Latrodectus, a long-undead subordinate of Chandara who made great strides assisting in the resurrection of Typhon, the King of All Monsters. Engraved on the medallion is an image of a scale synonymous with Thanatos, the God of Peaceful Death.
Upon further investigation, the Executioner's amulet seems to have served a purpose beyond dedication to an agreement, but as a means of continued life. Be this by choice to fulfill his promise, or as a cruel stipulation in his contract with Chandara, Latrodectus' spirit remains within.
"My regrets have consumed me in both life and un-death. If your vision can pave the way, I will follow it with steadfast dedication. But are you sure that this will work, Chandara?"
