These arrows have a unique enchantment, useful to both scouts and spies. Once used, this ammunition is no longer magical.
Before firing this arrow from a shortbow or longbow, the user can can choose to extend their senses into the arrow during its flight or upon impact. If the user has darkvision, they retain this benefit while looking through the dart.
While in flight the user can see in a 360 degree radius from the arrow as though they were an eagle soaring through the sky, becoming blind and deaf to their own surroundings; the user remains connected to the arrow until it travels 300 feet away or until it ceases to fly.
Upon impact the user can use an Action to see and hear through the arrow, becoming blind and deaf to their own surroundings. The user can use this connection at will until the arrow is touched by another creature, is destroyed, is more than 100 feet away from them, or until they use another Reconnaissance Arrow.
