Amulet of Silence

This amulet is adorned with dark runes that seem to pulse with malevolent energy. While wearing the amulet, the wearer is immune to the effects of any spell or ability that would cause them to be charmed or magically compelled to speak. However, the wearer cannot speak at all while wearing the amulet, and attempts to do so are met with silence.
