Arcane Accelerator (Dormant)

Lady Sekura Myoishi devised a machine to predict and assist users in replicating some of the arcane arts. Within this device contains the ability to predict and craft spells that would otherwise be restricted

Dormant:

• The user gains the ability to select 5 levels worth of Ritual Spells that he automatically knows. He can split them between any levels he chooses, but must be a spell of which he can cast at his level. The spells require all material, somatic and verbal components. Once chosen, the user cannot switch what spells he knows until he levels up. These spells do not count against the maximum number of spells he knows and they use his primarily casting ability score.
• The user learns 1 cantrip. It can be from any class.
• This book can act as a spellcasting focus.
