Description This quills look is that of whatever bird it was plucked from.

Effect This quill is quite normal, aside from its ability to attach itself to any non-paper surface. It attaches itself by the tip, to attach the tip of the quill enters an extremely tiny pocket dimension; it is the pocket dimensions opening that attaches to any object, not the quill. This pocket dimension is only large enough to hold the quills tip and 30ml of ink that the tip is applied with.
