Weapon (longbow), artifact (requires attunement by a Ranger)

When you make a ranged attack roll with this weapon against an enemy marked with a Hunter's Mark, you have advantage on the roll. In addition, your target gains no benefit from cover, other than total cover, and you suffer no disadvantage due to long range. If the attack hits, your marked enemy takes an extra 3d6 piercing damage. While your marked enemy lives, you have disadvantage on attack rolls with all other weapons.

Once awakened, the Longbow of Meilikki gains the ability to transform normal arrows into one of several magical varieties. Once a day, the weilder may speak a command word to activate the following attacks. Each attack may only be used once per day:

Chain Lightning Arrow: The next time you make a ranged weapon attack during the spell’s duration, the weapon’s ammunition, or the weapon itself if it’s a thrown weapon, transforms into a bolt of lightning that strikes 2+1D4 opponents. Make the attack roll as normal. The target takes 4d8 lightning damage on a hit, or half as much damage on a miss, instead of the weapon’s normal damage.  Whether you hit or miss, each creature within 10 feet of the target must make a Dexterity saving throw. Each of these creatures takes 2d8 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The piece of ammunition or weapon then returns to its normal form.
Fire Arrow - The arrow is set alight, doing 2D8 additional fire damage on a hit.
Arrow of Salving:  The arrow is blunted, delivering a potion of dealing magics upon contact with a friendly target. The attack does no damage, and
Arrow of Teleporation: The arrow serves as a beacon, and when it makes contact, swaps it's position with that of the weilder.
Arrow of Psychic Agony: The arrow attacks the mind instead of the body, doing all normal damage as psychic plust and additional 2D8 psychic damage.
