Amulet of the Anduin Ancestors

This amulet is filled with a power from your ancestors that urges you to act, splitting your carapace further apart and lightening your step. When you enter the rage state, you may sacrifice a number of AC up to your proficiency bonus. For every 1 AC lost in this way, you gain 5 feet of movement added to your base movement speed. Your AC while raging can then not be increased in any way until your rage ends. When your rage ends in any way, you regain your AC as normal, and return to your normal speed.
