Anklets of Quickness

Brass anklets embossed with the image of a winged dagger.

Quick off the Draw. While wearing these anklets, you gain a +1 bonus to all Dex-based Ability Checks and your Armor Class.

Fleet of Foot. Your walking speed is increased by 15 ft.

Not so Fast. When a creature within range takes an Opportunity Attack, you can use your reaction to make a ranged attack against that creature a dart. If the attack hits, you impose disadvantage on creature's Opportunity attack.  This ability can be used once per short rest.

 The dart is a Returning Dart.
