This ebony pipe is covered in ornate carvings depicting dancing satyrs. It has 3 charges. As an action, you can expend up to 3 charges to inhale the smoke from this pipe and exhale fire in a 30 ft cone in front of you, dealing 3d8 fire damage per charge expended. You choose whether the flame is green, blue, purple, or white.
