You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

As a bonus action, the user can cast Fly on themselves. Fly is cast as a 3rd level spell, and cannot be cast at a higher level. Wisdom is the spellcasting ability. This feature can be used once per day.

If the user is a monk of the four elements, this spell lasts at will so long as the user isn't incapacitated or unconscious. Their flying speed is equal to their movement speed, and any modifiers to movement speed apply as well. There are no limits to use of this spell.

It does 2d10+8 damage.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
