Aegis Tome of Faith

  This ancient tome is said to contain the lost prayers and rituals used by the ancient priesthoods to commune with the gods. However, it was lost during the Great War of the Gods and now lies hidden in a place of great danger. The tome could hold the key to reestablishing the connection between the mortal realm and the divine, but it could also be used to permanently sever those ties if the players choose to destroy it. Retrieving the tome will require navigating treacherous dungeons, deciphering cryptic clues, and facing off against powerful guardians.

 The tome imbues its wielder with unwavering faith and determination, granting immunity to fear effects and advantage on saving throws against being charmed or magically compelled. Additionally, the wielder gains advantage on ability checks and saving throws made to resist being forcibly moved or restrained by magical means.
