Amulet of Elemental Stabilizing

This palm sized amulet floats in suspended animation while embedded in the core of an elemental.  An elemental's intelligence score is 10 while stable. To forcefully stabilize an elemental, a contested grappling (athletics) check must succeed, and then a subsequent 3 rounds of combat must be spent holding the stabilizing amulet in place.
