A longsword made of Aether crystal, a super mineral found only in dead stars, which can come in a variety of colors. The blade is chipped from use and set into a hilt unique to its creator. Badge of honor and office of the Aetherknights, who would die to reclaim it. When wielded by others, it is incredibly heavy.
Each aethercrystal has a sliver of a soul that bonds with its wielder. It is said that such a bond can never be broken.
The Aethersword is +3, and does 3d10+5 radiant damage on a hit, undead and automatons take double damage.
Aetherweapons shed bright light for 10 feet, and dim light for an additional 20. As a bonus action, the light can be deactivated but will relight when sheathed.
Aetherweapons may function as a spellcasting focus.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
