This shield appears as tanned & weathered goatskin stretched tight over a wooden frame. A medusa head adorns the cover.

As a bonus action or whenever you attune this shield, choose one element type from the following list: fire, acid, cold, lightning. While welding this shield you have resistance to the chosen damage type until a different element is chosen.

Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
