Alastor's Mic

If someone other then Alastor weilds the mic they can be taken over by Alastor whenever.
when Alastor takes control the persons cha score becomes 30 and they gain the ability to use the microphone to do damage with a +11 to hit 2d6 bludegoing con save dc 20 if fail take 8d10 psychic half on success
