Detect Good and Evil has no affect.
The wearer may also choose to block out Sending/Message spells and allocate a selected specific people that may contact them this way.
If asked, under the affects of Zone of Truth, if the wearer is celestial, fey, fiend or undead, and they are, they can lie about it and the caster will believe them.
Detect Thoughts has no affect on the wearer.
If you are hit with a Hunter's Mark, once you leave line of sight of the caster, you can give the caster of this spell a false location.
A creature with Truesight cannot determine your original form.
For the effects of a Commune spell to determine the wearer's true nature, the answers given will reflect that of an unclear nature, but in the favour of the wearer of the amulet.
For a creature that can detect the presence of fey, fiends, undead and celestials by scent, this amulet masks the wearer's original scent.
