Armor of enhanced cold and lightning Resistance

You have resistance to cold and lightning damage while you wear this armor. Additionally, any saving throw's made to resist being restrained or having your movements impaired by an attack or ability that deals cold or lightning damage (like being frozen solid or paralyzed with a lightning bolt,) is made with advantage. 

This armor is made of narrow vertical strips of metal riveted to a backing of leather that is worn over cloth padding. Flexible chain mail protects the joints.
