An amulet made of sparkling, dark stone with agate gems. The Amulet of Starry Skies has 1d6 + 3 gems hovering from it. You can use an action to detach and crush one of the gems in your hand. When crushed, the gem casts a 3rd-level magic missile spell against targets of your choice (5 total darts).
Gems can be replaced by sacrificing 50 GP per gem to the Amulet of Starry Skies. If the Amulet of Starry Skies runs out of gems, the item breaks.
