Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Spellcaster)
While this eye is on your person, you can use an action to speak its command word and regain one expended pact slot. Once you use the eye, it can't be used again until dusk has fallen. An additional gift given to Reign on the night of the summoning by Lorcan. The eye seems to have a potential to grow in power, perhaps fulfillment of the pact will improve it.
