Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
When using this item, you gain the effect of the haste spell for 24 seconds (no concentration required). When the effect ends, the item stops to function until a new dawn. For each use of this item, the duration of the effect is 6 seconds longer to a maximum of 1 minute. The negative effects of the spell will also be longer for 1 round each.
For each use the wearer becomes older equal to 6 human years. This curse can only be lifted by a wish spell.
Once used, the wearer can not lift of this magic item and wants to use this item again.
