This cursed magical amulet turns invisible and weightless when it is placed on someone. The wearer constantly hears an annoying buzzing sound floating around them. Each day the user has this on they receive 1d4 piercing damage after each long rest and find the same amount of insect bites on them. While a spellcaster wears this item they have disadvantage on concentration checks.

Spotting this necklace requires the user to make a DC18 investigation check on themselves.
