Amulet of Planeshifting

Once per day you can activate the amulet to cast the Plane Shift spell to transport you and up to 8 willing creatures to another plane of existence or, if you know the sigil sequence, a teleportation circle familiar to you. In order to do so, the amulet must be attuned to a realm of existence that you currently do not occupy.

To attune the amulet to a different plane of existence, you must perform a 1 hour ritual. The components required are as followed: 50gp worth of incense, burned throughout the entirety of the ritual, a liquid, in which the amulet will be submerged, synonymous with the alignment of the plane to be attuned (Holy Oil for Good aligned planes, the blood of a Fiend for Evil aligned planes, or a fine alcoholic liquid worth at least 50gp for Neutral aligned planes), and an item that originates from the plane to be attuned that has been removed from that plane for no more than 30 days. Also, the spell caster performing the ritual must expend a 4th level or higher spell slot.
