In the center of the back of the hand sits a large black stone encircled by arcane runes once the glove has been charged through an extreme magical charge the welder can use the device to channel the stored energy to cast the Anti Magic Field Spell once per day, Expending a charge on use. Although the extreme syphoning effect that the glove emits will sap the energy from the wielder causing 2 points of Exhaustion to nonmagical folks or 1 to a magic user.
