Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement by a One hour of contact (this can be done during a short or long rest))
Whenever you change your appearance to that of a different race using the changeling shapeshifting feature or any other spell or ability that changes your race or appears to change your race (i.g. Disguise Self and True Polymorph) you can spend one minute in contact with this item to understand the native language of the of the race that you are you can also speak that language. You cannot read or write that language. The effects go away when your appearance is changed to that of a different race.
