Amulet of clutch healing

Amulet of the Clutch Healer: Everytime the user casts a healing spell he must roll a d20, on a 20 all dice from the spell are doubled (just like in a natural 20 for an attack) + add half of your proficiency bonus to all healing spells you cast.
