Aurora Sealant

This sealant enchanted with northern celestial magic can be used to protect a boat or wagon. This sealant takes one hour to apply and dry. Any wagon or boat treated with this magic sealant gains a resource pool of three charges that refreshes any time the boat or wagon is repaired. When the boat has any of its charges, any ranged attacks against it are made with disadvantage. The charges are consumed whenever it takes damage to reduce ANY the incoming damage by 1d8+3.
